Suits take on a new dimension for next summer. After becoming an emblematic piece of the feminine wardrobe, they appear in all their splendour, through a tuxedo or a more casual version for every day.For the summer months, we especially love the fluidity of materials that are suppler, lighter and more comfortable for the strong heat. Note the wide suits that can easily be worn with trainers, a style already adopted by the singers from the group, Haim. From the catwalk to the city, Giambattista Valli reinterpreted an iconic suit. The couturier delivers his own version of the trend that has invaded podiums: the white suit is proposed to suit everyone’s styles and has never looked so elegant, likewise with checks, becoming an essential in wardrobes. The colours used for suit trousers are very striking. We see them in pastel tones, with powder pink being especially present as well as in more casual and natural colours with earthy, camel and brown tones. Until they explode. The sun brings colour, and suit trousers play with various colours including pink, orange and green that can influence a more positive attitude. Finally, amongst new trends, we see stripes and polka dots appear for evenings and for a new type of tuxedo, brocade plays with shimmers in a suit that brings a crazy presence that was well adopted by Carla Bruni who showed for Dolce & Gabbana.Interviews with the Haim sisters: I love suiting, so you can tell, I love the suits, so all the suits that she showed were amazing, beautiful.Interiew with Giambattista Valli:The first suit was really symbolic for Yoko Ono as well as its silhouette and spirit and the very powerful but simple idea behind it.
